These Terms of Service govern the use of the SwipeList application ("App") and all related services. By installing and using the App, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Services

SwipeList offers the following main features:

• Creation and management of digital shopping lists
• AI-based product recommendations
• Collaborative lists with real-time synchronization
• Deal alerts and price comparisons
• Voice input and photo scanning features
• Offline mode for basic functions

3. User Account

3.1 Registration

Registration is required to use the App. You agree to provide truthful and complete information during registration.

3.2 Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Usage Rights and Obligations

4.1 Granted Rights

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for private, non-commercial purposes.

4.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the App for:

• Illegal activities or legal violations
• Distribution of harmful software or code
• Automated data collection (scraping, crawling)
• Reverse engineering or decompilation of the App
• Excessive server load

5. Data Protection

The collection, processing, and use of your personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and Changes

6.1 Availability

We strive to ensure the App is available without interruption, but cannot guarantee this. Maintenance work will be announced whenever possible.

6.2 App Changes

We reserve the right to change, expand, or discontinue the App or individual features at any time. Significant changes will be communicated in advance.

7. Liability

7.1 Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." We are not liable for damages arising from the use or non-use of the App, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Price and product information is provided by third parties. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App, including copyrights, trademark rights, and other proprietary rights, remain with us or our licensors. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Termination

9.1 By the User

You can delete your account at any time in the App settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be irrevocably removed.

9.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts in case of violations of these Terms of Service.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, our place of business.

12. Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these Terms of Service be or become invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
